Tom Drozd

Tom Drozd is an experienced Product Manager at Encore since May 2019, responsible for managing the life cycle and marketing of lighting and scenic products for PSAV's operations. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Product Specialist at PSAV from March 2007 to May 2019, collaborating with Product Managers to manage product portfolios and develop support materials. Earlier positions include Director of Event Technology and Director of Operations at Swank Audio Visuals, as well as Assistant Director of Audio Visual Services. Tom's career began at Hyatt Regency Reston in various roles and included a part-time position as an Event Technician while attending the University of Delaware. Tom holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Delaware, along with a High School Diploma from Devon Preparatory School.
