Tom Quirk

Tom Quirk is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician II at PSAV since March 2017, Tom specializes in user provisioning and active directory management, while also holding a junior administrator role in Cherwell. Prior to this, Tom worked at Essendant for over thirteen years, providing remote support to approximately 6,500 users across various business units, and demonstrating expertise in Microsoft environments, VPN clients, and legacy applications. Tom's earlier career includes significant roles with CPL/HP Managed Services, where responsibilities involved leading technical services and remote support for global clients, as well as a desktop technician position at ATA Airlines supporting multiple Windows environments. Additionally, Tom has diverse experience in security supervision at the United Center, where responsibilities included managing a security team and ensuring guest safety. Tom's technical acumen and leadership skills have been instrumental across various IT and security roles.
