Whit Markowitz

Whit Markowitz has over two decades of legal experience, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Encore since July 2000. Prior to this role, Markowitz was General Counsel at KSL Resorts from January 1996 to July 2000 and worked as Assistant County Attorney for Adams County Government from 1994 to 1996. Markowitz holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Denver, earned between 1991 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Finance from the University of Southern California, obtained from 1986 to 1990.
