Jay Koen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in management accounting and auditing. Currently, they work as a Finance Manager at Encore Kitchens and have previously served as a Commercial Finance Manager at the University of West London. Jay started their career as a Trainee Accountant and later became an Audit Supervisor at PKF Durban-Umhlanga, where they supervised more than 40 trainees. They have exhibited a strong commitment to excellence, graduating at the top of their class while balancing education, multiple jobs, and sports training.
