− Investment Size: $2 million to $10 million.
− Company Size: EBITDA > $3 million to $30 million.
− Management: strong ethical management motivated by growth.
− Industries: essential business services, niche manufacturing, distribution. 
− Growth: solid competitive position in industries with attractive growth and consolidation dynamics.
