Encore Partners is a boutique, senior-led advisory firm working with entrepreneurial families and private clients across Australia.

Our team has spent their careers advising families through complex financial, strategic and governance decisions, with a long-term focus on wealth creation, protection and legacy. By working with a small number of families, we deliver high-touch, hands-on support, with direct access to senior advisers. Discretion is central to everything we do.

We believe enduring legacy is built on more than financial capital. It rests on the considered alignment of human, social, natural and economic capital: the relationships, resources and structures that sustain a family's purpose across generations. Our role is to guide that alignment with the long view in mind.

Our approach rests on three principles:

Understand. We begin by listening carefully to how decisions are made, what success looks like today and over time, and the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Tailor. We design advice, structures and reporting to support both immediate priorities and long-term outcomes, aligned to each family's values and coordinated across their broader advisory network.

Partner. We work alongside you with ongoing, hands-on support, coordinating advisers, overseeing key workstreams and ensuring decisions are implemented with clarity and continuity.

We provide integrated family office advisory across:

- Tax & accounting
- Cross-border & international tax
- Regular advisory & review
- Intergenerational wealth strategy
- Family governance
- Investment & treasury oversight
- Advisor coordination & oversight
- Company secretarial & compliance
- Ad hoc strategic support

Founded by former Deloitte Private partners, Encore Partners is based in Brisbane and works with families across Australia and internationally.
