Somdatta Gupta

Somdatta Gupta has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Somdatta started their career in 2004 as a Senior Resource Executive and Training Coordinator at Ascent Managements, Capgemini Consulting. In this role, they handled end-to-end recruitment and organized and coordinated training sessions for employees. Somdatta then joined R Systems International Ltd. in 2005 as Deputy Manager of Human Resources, where they performed various HR functions such as performance management, compensation management, and grievance handling. In 2015, they joined Caresoft Global as a Manager of Human Resources, where they focused on strategies for employee development and engagement, talent management, and learning and development.
