Jackson Hall

Jackson Hall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jackson began their career at Shiftgig in 2017 as an Event Specialist, where they worked until December 2019. In 2020, they joined Encore Technologies as a Service Desk Analyst and then progressed to become a Service Desk Analyst II. Jackson later transitioned to the role of Operations Lead, and currently holds the position of Workspace Engineer.

Jackson Hall completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology - Network and System Administration & Security Track at Northern Kentucky University from 2015 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CompTIA Server+ Certification from CompTIA in October 2022. Additionally, they received certifications such as Exam Tips: CompTIA Server+ (SK0-005) from LinkedIn in September 2022, Google Workspace Administration from Coursera in March 2022, and both LogicMonitor Certified Associate and LogicMonitor Certified Professional from LogicMonitor in July 2022.
