Arby Pickett

Arby Pickett is an experienced security and law enforcement professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Security Officer III at Encore Wire Corp since December 2021, Arby previously worked as a Public Service Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health, where responsibilities included enhancing safety and customer service. Prior roles include Police Sergeant with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and various positions within the United States Marine Corps, including Accident Investigator Team Lead and Community Relations Officer. Arby holds a Master of Arts in Administration of Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Belford University, along with an Associate of Arts in Computer Aided Drafting from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego.
