Jim Busse is an accomplished process engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and industrialization, currently serving at Encore Wire Corp since November 2018. Previously, Jim held various management and engineering positions at Texas Instruments from 1987 to June 2013, including roles such as Manufacturing Coordinator and Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, where notable achievements included leading the most productive shift with zero recordable safety incidents and implementing lean initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings. Prior experience at Tronics MEMS, Inc. involved overseeing supply chain and production during a startup phase. Jim holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
