Mr. Clark brings 30+ years of extensive general management, company repositioning and proven turnaround experience in the energy technology, electrical manufacturing and defense industry sectors. His career spans countrywide assignments with Fortune 50 companies, including Westinghouse Electric Corp. and Thomas & Betts, Inc. He successfully managed a $150M global P&L, served on the management team growing a distressed Silicon Valley firm from $10M to $100M+ and led an award-winning strategic marketing organization for a half-billion dollar division of a major multinational. Mr. Clark has been active in clean tech and distributed energy-related boards, US Department of Energy-related events, and national conferences and associations. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and has completed 4-year and 2-year theological studies programs at St. John Vianney Seminary.
