Julia

Julia Ma is the Head of Circular Solutions at encory, where they focus on acquiring and developing new projects tailored to customer needs. Previously, they held various roles, including Head of Key Account Management at the same company, where they created aftersales solutions in the Circular Economy. Julia has experience in quality management and HR, gained during their time as a working student at Bosch Connected Devices and Solutions and TÜV SÜD. They also completed their Master's thesis at BMW Group, where they developed an internationalization strategy for spare parts management. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies and Management from HTWG Konstanz and a Master's degree in International Business Development from ESB Business School.
