Logan Fields

Logan Fields is a Director of AI Delivery at Encoura, bringing 10 years of experience in mathematics, economics, and computer science to the role. They hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of South Florida, where their research focused on strategy-based gaming, cognitive bias, and human decision-making processes. Previously, Logan has contributed to various roles, including AI Solutions Specialist at both Encoura and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, and as a Research Intern at the Air Force Research Laboratory. They have also served as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of South Florida, supporting students and advancing research in AI methodologies.
