Randy Schewe

Randy Schewe is an experienced product and project management professional with a strong background in leading IT initiatives and product development. At Encoura, Randy held multiple roles from November 2018 to February 2022, including Product Owner and Product Manager, overseeing the success of enterprise software products throughout their lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features. Prior experience includes project management at NIC Inc., where Randy planned resources and managed stakeholder expectations for various IT projects, as well as inventory control for the State of West Virginia Office of Technology. Randy holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Reno and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Gonzaga University.
