Ana-Paula Issa

Ana-Paula is a seasoned energy industry professional, with an expertise in building control platforms and utility programs including demand response. With a decade of experience in energy management solutions, she has both personally managed aggressive enterprise account growth, in addition to leading high-performance teams across inside and outside sales channels.

She began her sales career in IT working for BlueCat Networks, a leading provider of Enterprise DNS. After BlueCat, Ana-Paula joined Encycle, where she progressively grew revenues associated with its wireless electrical demand management solution. At Encycle, Ana-Paula regularly topped the sales leaderboard, exceeding personal targets while adeptly managing enterprise customer relationships.

Most recently Ana-Paula, joined Zen Ecosystems as VP of Sales, and has been nominated for the 2021 Clean Energy Education & Empowerment C3E Award in the category of Business by the Department of Energy, for her outstanding leadership and achievements during her tenure.
