Chris Harris has over two decades of diverse experience in engineering and operational leadership. Currently serving as Shift Team Leader (SAP) at ENCYCLIS since March 2022, Chris previously held the same title at Viridor from April 2019 to March 2022. Chris also served in the Royal Navy as Petty Officer Marine Engineer Artificer from May 2002 to November 2010, followed by a role as Operations Technician and later Operations Support Engineer (SAP) at CSWDC from November 2010 to September 2016. Additionally, Chris worked as Shift Team Leader at Covanta from March 2022 to January 2023. Chris holds a Foundation degree in Marine Engineering Systems from the University of Portsmouth, completed between 2004 and 2006.
