David Budnik is a recent graduate of Emory University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology while on the pre-med track. Currently residing in New York, David has previously lived in various locations including Japan and Oman, and participated in a study abroad semester at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. They are passionate about drug discovery and public health research, particularly focused on harm reduction related to the drug epidemic, and aspire to enter the field of addiction psychiatry. David has held roles as an Undergraduate Research Fellow and Medical Assistant, and co-founded the NYC chapter of End Overdose, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing drug-related overdoses.
