Jules Greenidge has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jules is currently serving as the Head of Analytics at END. starting from October 2022. Prior to this, from July 2021 to October 2022, they held the position of Head of Insights and Customer Services at FitFlop. Jules also worked as the Head of Insights and Analytics at FitFlop from February 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining FitFlop, Jules worked as the Head of Customer Insight at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Senior Insight Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN.

Their early career began at KPMG, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 2001 to 2005. Overall, Jules Greenidge has a strong background in analytics, insights, and customer service across various industries.

Jules Greenidge began their education at City of London School from 1990 to 1995, where they achieved their GCSEs. Jules then pursued their A-levels at the same school from 1995 to 1997. Following this, Jules attended the University of Leeds from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Management. Later on, they attended ICAEW from 2001 to 2004, where they earned their Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) degree.
