Rosie Griffiths

Rosie Griffiths is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management within the retail and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Quality and Compliance Manager at END. since September 2019, Rosie leads teams of over 80 individuals and drives outbound KPIs in a dynamic environment. Prior to this role, Rosie worked at Outfit Fashion from July 2013 to September 2019, where various management positions included Deputy Manager and Sales Manager, overseeing teams of more than 50 and achieving notable turnovers. Rosie began the career at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where participation in a rigorous management trainee program and subsequent roles as Sales Advisor and Team Leader laid a strong foundation for future success. Educationally, Rosie holds a First Class Master of Arts (MA) in English Language from The University of Edinburgh, earned in 2012.
