Natalie Macaluso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Consultant at Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?, Natalie also holds the position of Business Coach and Founder at The Orange Side, along with a role as Associate Leadership Coach at Endaba Group. As a Board Trustee for The Oxford School of Drama, Natalie is in a second three-year term following a significant period of change. Previous roles include People Development Associate at Hatching Ideas and Head of Customer Success at Learn Amp, as well as Managing Director and Founder of Chiave Concierge. Educational qualifications include a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma from The Coaching Academy, a Diploma in Entrepreneurial Producing from the National Film and Television School, and a degree in Professional Acting from The Oxford School of Drama.
