Barry Shaw

Barry Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Product Line Manager at Endace since October 2005, Barry has played a pivotal role in managing the Fusion partner ecosystem post-acquisition by Emulex, collaborating with notable partners and providing market trend insights. Previous positions at Endace include Director of Product Management, where Barry oversaw a team and contributed to the launch of EndaceVision, and Product Manager, focusing on the appliance product line. Barry's early career included roles as Manager of Systems Engineering and Senior Systems Engineer, where responsibilities involved enhancing systems integration and managing the appliance operating systems. Prior to Endace, Barry was the Senior Unix Systems Administrator at the University of Waikato, leading the Linux infrastructure and network security for the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. Barry holds a Master's and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from The University of Waikato.
