Garima Bhatia

Garima Bhatia is a seasoned QA Manager and Test Manager at Endace, where Garima has been instrumental since March 2006 in developing and implementing testing programs that improve the testing environment, as well as qualifying Endace products through comprehensive testing methodologies and designs. Garima provides leadership and guidance to a team of six testers, fostering high performance and engagement within the organization. Previously, Garima served as a Network Test Analyst at Endace, focusing on the testing and validation of NinjaProbe products, a specialized network monitoring appliance. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Test Analyst at Endace Technology and Quality Assurance Team Lead at NIIT Knowledge Solutions Business Domain, where responsibilities encompassed QMS process adherence, customer feedback testing, and preparation for ISO audits. Garima holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and completed education at Convent of Jesus and Mary in New Delhi.
