Alexander Magno, CSM, is currently a Client Partner in the Insurance sector at Endava and a Founding Partner at Mercury Group Management, where they focus on strategic revenue growth and digital transformation. From 2022 to 2023, Alexander served as the Utilities Business Unit Leader at Meridian Integration, LLC, driving profitable growth and overseeing digital transformations in metering and customer care. Prior to that, they were VP of Enterprise Project and Program Management at MUFG, enhancing project methodologies and compliance across the organization. Their extensive experience includes a role as the Global Head of Delivery at NTT DATA Services, leading a 4,000-member team to achieve peak client satisfaction.
