Alexandra Curteanu

Alexandra Curteanu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing consulting, currently serving as a Global Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Consultant at Endava since January 2016. Alexandra has successfully led global mental health initiatives, implementing holistic wellbeing programs for over 12,000 employees and collaborating with senior leadership to align D&I strategies with organizational goals. Prior to Endava, Alexandra held roles such as IT Recruiter at eMAG, where talent acquisition for IT positions was streamlined, and HR Consultant at Antal International Network. An experienced educator, Alexandra also served as an Associate Professor at A.I. Cuza University. Alexandra's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a credential in Inclusive Workplace Culture from the Society for Human Resource Management.
