Anca Iga

Anca Iga is an accomplished professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of People Shared Services at Endava since August 2019. Previously, Anca held the position of Head of HR at SYKES from May 2018 to July 2019 and worked at Endava from February 2009 to May 2018 in various roles, including HRC Manager CEE and HR Administration Officer, where responsibilities included HR compliance, HR reporting, and personnel administration. Anca's early career includes experience as an Office Manager at Lugera & Makler Romania. Anca holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Political Sciences from Babes-Bolyai University, as well as a secondary education from Colegiul National "Avram Iancu" Brad.
