Andrei Botez

Andrei Botez serves as the Group Head of Creative Services at Endava from November 2019 to June 2024, overseeing a global design function with over 300 experts across 16 locations. Previous roles include VP Product Strategy, where Andrei partnered with high-profile clients to shape digital product strategies, and Head of Creative Services, focusing on establishing a competitive design advantage. Andrei's extensive background in design spans various roles, including Creative Director at RVL, Partner and Strategy Director at Inpublic, and Co-Founder of Public Square, which promotes digital transformation for local communities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the University of Bucharest and ongoing PhD studies at Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
