Bogdan Mateas

Bogdan Mateas has over 15 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Telco Delivery at Endava since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing a team of Delivery Managers and overseeing financial management, budgeting, and P&L execution for major clients in the DACH area. Previously, Bogdan held various roles at Endava, including Delivery Manager and Client Engagement Manager, and also gained experience as a Product Manager and C++ Team Leader at Neusoft. Additional experience includes software development roles at Hewlett-Packard and Siemens IT Solutions and Services, complemented by a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
