Bogdan Tatar is an experienced professional currently serving as the SVP of Product Strategy at Endava, where they focus on strategic planning, product development, and innovation. With over 20 years in the IT industry, they have held various key positions, including Group Head of Business Platforms at Endava, where they grew a specialized team to over 200 professionals across multiple countries. Previously, Bogdan was a Managing Partner and Solutions Architect at Seers, leading the firm to become Romania's top CRM consulting company. They hold a BS in Computer Science from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București and are pursuing an Executive MBA at Hult International Business School.
