Corina Mesesan

Corina Mesesan is a Global Facilities Leader with over 20 years of experience in workplace transformation and operational excellence within international technology organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Facilities Management at Endava, Corina oversees the Facilities function across more than 80 offices globally, driving consistency, scalability, and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Corina held roles including Senior Project Management Officer and Regional Office and Facilities Manager at Endava, as well as Operations Manager at Recognos, where they implemented operational strategies and improved workflows. Corina's career began as a Structural Design Engineer and has since evolved to include significant expertise in facilities strategy, governance, and team leadership across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
