Dora Drule

Dora Drule is a dedicated Software Developer and Scrum Master with experience in Agile project delivery and software solution development. They served as a Senior Software Developer and Scrum Master at Endava from 2018 to 2019, where they led Agile teams and defined organizational changes. Previously, they completed a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Babeș-Bolyai University. Throughout their career, Dora has focused on self-development, mental health, and fostering strong relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
