Irina Rosca

Irina Rosca is a Senior Business Analyst and Consultant with over nine years of experience in the fields of payments, banking, retail, e-commerce, and financial services. Currently, Irina works at Endava as a Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, and Product Owner, where they engage in product-oriented roles that support strategy and team delivery. Irina also contributes to the IIBA Romania Chapter as a board member, focusing on advancing the Business Analysis profession. Previous roles include notable positions at BCR - Erste Bank Group and KPMG Romania, where they managed diverse business analysis projects and facilitated client engagement.
