Marcel Toma

Marcel Toma is a Principal Development Consultant and Account Discipline Lead at Endava, with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. They began their career as a PHP Programmer at UPC Romania and transitioned through various roles, including Senior PHP Programmer and Team Lead, honing skills in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle Database, and PHP. Marcel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and is responsible for overseeing performance management for over 40 colleagues while leading multiple teams in delivering complex solutions.
