Maria Chircu possesses extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, having worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at Endava from June 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, stakeholder management, and involvement in various regional projects. Following a maternity leave, Maria assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, managing a team and orchestrating global and cross-country recruitment initiatives, as well as collaborating on Learning & Development and ATS system implementations. Prior to this, Maria served as an HR Consultant at Sales Consulting, managing recruitment projects across multiple industries and developing recruitment strategies.
