Marius Petroiu

Marius Petroiu, CIPP/E, serves as the Head of Legal for Endava's Global Delivery and oversees legal matters across nine jurisdictions in the Adriatic and Central Europe. With a comprehensive legal background, Marius has held notable positions such as Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP SCP, where responsibilities included leading the Employment department and co-heading the IP, Data Protection, and Life Sciences departments. Prior to this, Marius operated a law office providing legal assistance on various sectors, including corporate and intellectual property law. Early career experiences include roles at Gide Loyrette Nouel and Stoica & Associates, focusing on corporate, IP, and litigation law. Marius holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (Ph.D.) in Law from the University of Bucharest, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business and IP Law from McGill University, and a Bachelor in Law from the University of Bucharest.
