Melisa Barral is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Argentina People Partner at Endava since September 2021, Melisa leads the People Experience team to align business units with the company's values and enhance employee engagement. Previously held roles include People Experience Manager, where Melisa designed culture and learning programs, and People Development Business Partner, focusing on projects related to organizational climate.
