Mihaela Morar

Mihaela Morar is an experienced professional in product and business systems management, currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Endava since October 2018. In this role, Mihaela defines the Product Portfolio Strategy, collaborates with the CIO on technology initiatives, and manages teams overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Previous positions at Endava include Head of Business Systems, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations of internal business applications and developing a Business Systems Target Operating Model, and Head of Oracle Support and Project Delivery, leading a team supporting Oracle SaaS applications for Finance and HR. Mihaela's prior experience also includes a role as Fusion SCM Senior Technical Support Engineer at Oracle and leadership positions at Emerson Industrial Automation, overseeing IT application support teams. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Buckingham, Mihaela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca and completed additional education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
