Radu Marinescu

Radu Marinescu is the Group Head of Software Analytics at Endava, where they focus on integrating code quality into the organization's culture. With extensive experience in software engineering, Radu co-founded Intooitus, providing tools for software quality assessment, and has served as an expert evaluator for the European Commission since 2007. Radu also held various academic roles at Politehnica University of Timisoara, including Professor of Software Engineering, where they taught and supervised PhD candidates. Radu's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Software Engineering and a Habilitation in Software Engineering.
