Raj Kumar

Raj Kumar is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in management and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Endava since August 2012, Raj oversees HR operations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, business partnering, compliance, wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employer branding in the India location. Previously, Raj held the position of Head of Human Resources at Microland Limited, managing HR for a large, diverse workforce across regions. Earlier roles include Manager HR at Mack Telecom, where Raj established the HR department, and Manager, HR at Intersoftech Technologies, focusing on recruitment and training. Raj holds an Executive General Management Program certification and an MBA in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
