Sou Sassi Cole

Sou Sassi Cole, PhD, is currently the Head of Research at Endava, leading a team dedicated to market, UX, and behavioral research. They previously held positions as a UX Researcher at Florida Blue and worked in various companies from 2018 to 2022, where they planned and executed diverse research methodologies. Sou earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State University and served as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing significantly to both mechanical and biomedical engineering projects. During their doctoral studies, they co-developed a NSF research proposal that secured $200,000 in funding and conducted extensive qualitative research, presenting findings at prominent engineering conferences.
