Szymon Harat

Szymon Harat is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in architecture governance, IT process definition, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Enterprise Architect / AI&Data Discipline Lead at Endava, Szymon is responsible for establishing architecture governance standards and managing the EA Architecture repository in alignment with TOGAF framework elements. Previous positions include roles at EQTek, where Szymon led AI initiatives, and Tom, focusing on designing future state architectures. Szymon's experience at HSBC involved guiding engineering teams and leading strategic platform architecture.
