Michael Chappelear

Michael Chappelear is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Endear Health, where Michael focuses on simplifying the healthcare experience for Medicare members. Prior to this role, Michael gained experience in health tech investments and strategic partnerships as a Manager at Anthem, Inc. Additionally, Michael has held various roles in corporate development, strategic finance, and healthcare investment banking at companies such as Castlight Health and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Michael also has experience as a healthcare policy research consultant and a teaching assistant at Georgetown University. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Science & Economics from Georgetown University.
