Michael Chappelear

Michael Chappelear is the Co-Founder and COO of Endear Health. Prior to Endear, Michael was a Manager at Anthem, Inc. in their Emerging Business Group, where they focused on health tech investments and strategic partnerships. Before that, Michael worked as a Senior Strategy Analyst in Corporate Development at Castlight Health, and prior to that as an Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst and Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Michael also has experience in healthcare policy research, having worked as a Healthcare Policy Research Consultant at CapView Strategies and as a Business Development Consultant at Whyttle Inc. Michael began their career in the healthcare industry as a Human Biology Teaching Assistant at Georgetown University.

Michael Chappelear has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Science & Economics from Georgetown University. Michael is certified in Series 79 and Series 63.

Michael Chappelear reports to Chris Boudreaux, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Kim Perrin - CISO, Travis Johnson - CTO.
