Most therapists haven't managed $300M in revenue. Most business consultants haven't treated hundreds of families in crisis. At Endeavor Clinic, we've done both.

Founded by Ammon Fawson, LMFT, Endeavor Clinic brings clinical expertise and business acumen to help individuals, couples, and organizations navigate challenging relationship dynamics.

For Organizations:
We work with leadership teams, HR departments, and family businesses on the human challenges that derail solid strategies. Services include organizational systems diagnosis, crisis response protocol design, leadership communication development, conflict resolution, succession planning, and executive coaching.

Our unique approach: We use the same systemic analysis that reveals family dysfunction to expose what's breaking down in organizations. We see patterns others miss because we've worked at every level—from front-line staff to C-suite.

For Individuals & Couples:
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ammon helps people navigate relationship conflicts, major life changes, and challenges that keep them stuck. The approach is practical and solution-focused.

What Makes Us Different:
After nearly a decade in enterprise sales leadership with Microsoft and Intel, our founder shifted to marriage and family therapy. That path created a unique lens: organizational structures function like family systems—same power dynamics, same communication breakdowns, same need for systemic intervention.

Experience:
 • Trained 3,000+ professionals in crisis response and suicide prevention
 • Consulted with 30+ organizations on workplace intervention
 • Developed policies affecting 200+ workers
 • Crisis response team member for major transit organization
 • Managed teams overseeing $300M-$1B in revenue

Based in Rochester, Minnesota, serving therapy clients throughout Southeast Minnesota and providing organizational consulting nationwide.
