Fernando Straminsky

Fernando Straminsky is an experienced professional in the fields of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX), currently serving as a Digital User Experience Management Professor at the University of Buenos Aires and as the Director of the Executive Program “CX & EX Powered by AI” at Universidad Austral. Fernando is the CEO and Founder of TheX, a consulting firm specializing in innovative experience design and technology solutions. Straminsky has also held significant roles at DIRECTV, where responsibilities included leading customer experience initiatives across Latin America, in addition to mentoring positions with Endeavor and the EXC Foundation.
