Greg Murray

Greg Murray is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in clean energy and innovative finance. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of KOKO Networks since 2013, Murray has been instrumental in leveraging carbon markets to facilitate energy transitions and forest protection in rapidly growing urban areas. Alongside this role, Murray serves as a Governing Board Member at REEEP and holds positions as an Endeavor Entrepreneur and Outlier. As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CleanStar Ventures, Murray has driven venture development in frontier markets and is actively involved as a Non-Executive Director in various CleanStar entities in Australia and Brazil. Previous experiences include roles at VentureLabs East Africa, the JFK Smart Grid Project, and as Chairman of NDZiLO Mozambique. Murray’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW, complemented by diverse international exploration and consulting endeavors.
