Endeavour Group has been supporting businesses with practical, people-focused solutions since 2018.

Starting as a small operation, we’ve grown into a trusted team of experts in fire safety, training and facilities management, offering consultancy, training and building compliance services to keep workplaces safe, efficient and well managed.

We specialise in making complicated regulations feel manageable, helping property managers understand fire safety responsibilities, supporting teams through NVQ qualifications and offering a complete compliance management package for busy multi-occupancy buildings. Our team take pride in being approachable, thorough and focused on what our clients need.

Fire safety is a big part of what we do, from risk assessments and compartmentation inspections to fire engineering solutions that fit seamlessly into a building’s design. Our goal is simple: to help protect lives and property while making life a little easier for the people managing it all.

At our approved training centre, we offer NVQ qualifications across fire safety, health and safety, and leadership, supported by experienced assessors and an intuitive e-portfolio system.

It’s not just about ticking boxes - we want to see our learners grow and feel confident in their work, whether they’re new to the industry or taking the next step in their careers.

Our team is what makes us different. James Doyle brings decades of experience in fire engineering and risk management, while Kerry Doyle ensures everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

We’ve got specialists in quality assurance, fire safety and technical support, all working together to bring the best to our clients. It’s a friendly, tight-knit team with a shared focus on doing things right.

We’re based in Ormskirk, and our work takes us all over the UK, supporting clients in keeping their buildings safe and running smoothly.
