Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Endeavour Group since December 2019. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at Woolworths Group, including Communications Manager for WooliesX and providing strategic communications support to the CIO and Leadership Team. Lisa's earlier experience includes significant roles at Commonwealth Bank as Communications Manager for Human Resources and Risk Management, as well as Associate Advisor for CEO Communications. Lisa began their career as a Team Development Executive in Recruitment at Select Appointments. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Western Sydney University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
