Specializing in operational readiness and project delivery, Bruce has held key roles at various companies, including as a Manager of Operations at Thiess and a Consultant Mine Contract and Performance Manager at Endeavour Mining where they focus on turnaround strategies. Passionate about mentoring local talent and driving ESG performance, Bruce is currently available for executive leadership roles in Africa and other frontier markets.
