Demba Ndoye Ba is currently an ERT senior member at Endeavour Mining and has been involved in emergency response since 2020. They previously held the position of emergency response team member at Sabodala Gold Operation. Demba's experience includes serving as an agent of protective service at Teranga Gold Corporation from 2015 to 2017, as well as working as a police military with the Gendarmerie Nationale Sénégal from 2012 to 2014. They began their career as a chef de mission at Société nationale transport et transit SNTT, where they oversaw essential food deliveries to the port of Dakar from 2014 to 2015. Demba earned a Baccalauréat littéraire in International Business from IFAA between 2010 and 2012.
