Gaël N'DRI

Gaël N'DRI is currently a Social Performance Officer at Montage Gold, where they manage community relations in rural areas, focusing on compensation for disrupted crops, complaint management, and community consultations. They also promote local employment, social inclusion, and gender awareness while monitoring social indicators to prevent social tensions. Previously, Gaël worked as an investigator for the World Food Programme, conducting interviews and data collection for an evaluation project in Côte d'Ivoire. They hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, awarded with high distinction.
