Janine Fleming

Janine Fleming is an experienced professional in resource geology, currently serving as the Senior Resource Estimation Manager at Endeavour Mining since March 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Janine has held various significant roles, including Unit Manager Mineral Resource Geology and Superintendent Resource Geology at Sibanye-Stillwater from February 2020 to March 2023. Janine's expertise also includes positions at Geodome, where work was done as an Associate Resource Geologist, and self-employment as a Resource Geologist. Prior roles include Senior Resource Consultant at Minxcon, Resource Geologist at Vatukoula Gold Mining Ltd, and Senior Resource Geologist at Coffey Mining. Janine's foundational experience began at Anglo Platinum as Exploration Manager, following a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Geology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
